Dogs the right to self defense against cruelty by humans or other animals.

Because Dogs do not have the right to self defend themselves against accussations and human cruelty. We had to put our dog down that was a very well natured dog because of a accussation which was not proved with evidence in the courts because of the way the law on animals is written given absolutely no chance for the animal to be heard. The courts are not exicuting the law rightfully or lawfully but the way they want it to be read. Noone has challenged this so If we don't stand up and do something many more innocent animals will be put down unnecessarly.
