Petition to have write-in votes allowed for JSU's SGA Executive Offices

For some reason the student government at Jacksonville State University finds it necessary to forbid write-ins votes for any candidate of executive office. Now last time I checked, when voting for the President of the United States there is an option for a write-in candidate. Are you saying that being president of SGA is better than commander-in-chief of our armed forces? Its time for the activities of students be put back in the hands of students, and not the hands of pretend lobbyists and politicians.
