Amend the Animal Welfare Act

Farm animals used for the production of goods are currently not protected by the Animal Welfare act. In order to improve the conditions of animals in factory farming the Animal Welfare Act should be amended to include all farm animals. Specific guidelines should be put into place for each species on minimal welfare requirement that must be meet.
