stop killing of dogs at PAF BASE KORANGI CREEK KARACHI

    paf base korangi creek is situated along the edge of city besides sea side its a hilly area as well as plain and lots of trees and mountains. the dogs have found themselves a safe place to hide and find their meal over there. after every two years the base commander changes. now the new one has ordered to kill those dog whenever they are active at night the guards shoot them brutally. one of the JCO has beaten the dog brutally infront of me.,when i raised voice they gave me an explanation letter. kindly stop killing innocent dogs i want to make a shelter to keep them safe but due to lack of funds i am unable to do do. kindly help me do the needful
