Stop destroying our oceans and killing our marine life!

Ban plastic straws and return to using recycled paper. Ban Styrofoam food containers and use recycled paper/cardboard. Ban one use plastic grocery bags and have customers earn cloth bags with their purchase. This will prompt those unwilling to buy their own bags to go plastic free. Ban can rings altogether and use a light recycled carton instead. Fine those found with the banned items in their trash and fine the companies who refuse to comply.
