CRISPR Should Be Legal But Regulated

CRISPR (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromis Repeats) is a gene editing tool that allows for humans to create a child how they want, from blue eyes to very athletic. Although, it has not developed to this yet, it will in the future. This can become a problem because it will cause society to be exactly the same and it will be abused for physical appearances instead of scientific purposes such as curing cancer. This is why the study should be regulated by the governemnt. CRISPR should be legal with caution because it will be studied more and eventually cure diseases. If it is illegal humanity will be giving up an opportunity to improve the entire world.
