STOP ANIMAL CRUELTY!

Volunteers animal protection organizations of Volgograd enrolled fact about animal cruelty , and they drove to update the information .. Someone cut off the stray dog 's head and hung the corpse of a tree , where the body has hung two days. We strongly demand that control the institution of criminal proceedings to punish those responsible for the article :
"Article 245. Cruelty to animals ."
Concerned sign the petition , the Inhuman do this, is with us , communicating with our children ...
Support the requirement to find and punish the guilty , that normal people can live in a city without violence and without fear of maniacs !
