Stop Killing Wolves in Yakutia!(Russia)

In Russia, in Yakutia, local government have given a command to the citizens to kill wolves,that are living in the area .They want to reduce population of these noble predators up to the 500 Canis Lupus species(at this moment 3500 wolves are living in Yakutia).
Russian government have to do National park in Yakutia. 
Let's stop this outrage and save,once almost extinct mammals-wolves!
