In July two people in Green Bay were charged with Intentionally mistreating and Practicing Veterinary Medicine without a license.

The parties involved attempted to neuter a cat using a rubber band. Animal abuse is unnacceptable, and we are asking for your signature to help us spread the word that we will not stand for it!
