Urge the Chinese government to stop this cruel, unjustified act of cruelty on pets!

Police in China is seizing and beating up certain breeds of dogs, including the stray ones. Horrifying images and videos that have been leaked on social media have caused an international outcry among all the animal lovers. China has also banned walking pets from 7 am to 7 pm and if found doing so, has issued a fine of $500 on the owner. It's horrifying to see such a country that has been so much developed in several aspects performing such a heinous act.
Previously, legalizing the hunting of endangered animals like tigers and rhinos for their bones and horns, China has shown to be really inconsiderate regarding an animal's right to live and human's duty to protect their rights.
