Order for Contact with adult protected person

My name is Lisa Anderson, I want to see my daughter. On August 31, 2018, Conservator placed my daughter a propsed conservatee who is not able to help herself in some degree without the help of a nonover controlling person, to more restricitive isolation and a all day program leaved no room for family to visit her. She was doing well and staying out of trouble and resumed in taking care of herself. Conservator taken away her liberty to go out alone without a staff, telephone calls, and Ms Anderson visits to the facility for protecting their right to speak without interference from staffs as a treatment plan. Conservator will not speak to me or tell me where my daughter is living. About November 2018, The conservatee called me. The facility became angry blocked my telephone calls the day. She had called asking for the two to meet at some place and few other times. The staffs made statements that they will arrange a time for us to meet. On January 2019, her calls stopped when I told the staff and her that I believe she was harmed. On May 2019, the meeting team did not permit it any time.
