we are sick of putting up with this scum

Three times this year we have had gypsies on our fields. Residence have had to put up with dogs barking and not on leads. Drunks shouting all night. They have cut down trees. And the mess they have left behind is outrageous. People are frightend to go over the fields because of the people and dogs.
