Tell Philippine Committee on Animal Welfare to Remove Gas-killing of Dogs

Killing of unclaimed stray dogs with the use of car exhumes and gasses is INHUMANE and causes a lot of SUFFERING to the victims. The committee has retained this method of killing the stray dogs because they claim that there isn't enough budget to use the real euthanasia like the lethal injection, which simply makes dogs go to sleep. But something can be done and has to be done to end this suffering! Stop being murderers and save lives! Not take them away.
