emission test need stopped

emission's test is a money grabber ive had three emissions test down in last two yrs
they got 75.00 from me they said catalytic converter is bad again I replaced they last
time I was told they were only good for 24,000 miles. then ft Collins has the camera's
that was outlawed in Denver im a senior citizens living on old age pension cant afford all this money every time this emission test comes up or their trucks on roadway decides to take test and charge me
