Demanding A raise in low functioning houses

I feel that this petition is important because we as wall – center employees working at Abraham house specifically need a raise. I feel our job is very demanding and challenging and overwhelming because we are being underpaid. If we were paid more we will have more people willing to work in the house who have more staff to help with the clients and getting them out in the community. I feel that it was not right that we are not being paid for has a page and we have to deal with severe things such as scream me excessive screening headbanging possibly physically getting hurt and emotional stress
