Implement Ban on Plastic TIRANGA ( Indian Try colour flag)

A plastic small flag always discarded or thrown on the ground after the event as it affects the "dignity of the flag". Plastic flag also effects on the environment Plastic flags are non-biodegradable and thus cannot be easily disposed off like flags made of paper or clothes. It is common to see the flags strewn on the streets after the celebrations are over, both on Republic Day and Independence Day every year. The Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act 1971 also has provisions against it. Through this petition we request honorable prime minister of India to take a strong step to Ban plastic Tiranga (Try Colour Indian Flag).
