Petition to Repeal Eco-Fees in the Province of Ontario

On July 1, 2010 the Ontario Provincial Government allowed the introduction of what is termed as an "Eco-Fee" however it has been determined that retailers of the hundreds of products included have not been properly and/or effectively instructed in the implementation of these fees; additionally the fee has been illegally and improperly implemented by the Provincial Government and it's "arm length" agency(ies).
