This guy was floating down a river on intertubs when he spots a pregnant deer swimming across the river so he decides to drown the deer and mutilated the newborn fawn by ripping its legs off all he got was a $4000 fine and lost hustings rights for 3 years this is a horrific crime and he needs more punishment like going to prison
