Demand an End of Animal Abuse in Iraq

Dear Animal Lovers,
Our beloved animals in Iraq are being abused, tortured and killed for fun in Iraq, everyday! we can not do anything about that because Iraqi Government does not have any Laws and rules for protecting animals. There are No animal Rights in this Country!
A vet named Dr.SulaimanTameer has offered a draft of Rules to the government two years ago and still waiting on the governments approval of the rules and support for animals.
We need to sign a petition to support Dr. Sulaiman and make the Iraqi Government put rules and animal rights and STOP ANIMAL ABUSE.
