Stop the Arglass hum!     

Since late 2020, when Arglass lit its glass manufacturing furnaces, it has been generating oxygen to feed the flames. The oxygen generating plant uses powerful. noisy. compressors.

     What does this mean for people who live 1 - 1.5 miles to the north of the factory?

- We hear a loud hum (something near a low B2 note on a piano) of about 55dB (a noise level somewhere between standing beside a dishwasher and talking to someone at 3 feet.)
- We hear this noise at any time of the day or night. We cannot escape it.
- It is affecting our hearing, our sleeping, and our ability to enjoy our county community without intrusion by Arglass.

     Sign the petition to let the CEO of Arglass Yamamura, and the Lowndes County commissioners, manager, and development authority that they need to clean up this pollution!
