Maximum time in prison for Neritan Mahmuti & Hyris Suljemani from Kosmac, Albania

These two lowlifes killed an innocent and tied dog just to post it on social media. In their stupid and good for nothing existence in a remote village of north Albania, killing a dog for fun is something normal. These bastards have been identified from the police and a prosecution is in the process.
