Part D insurance carriers are passing on increases in generic drug prices to seniors, veterans and the disabled. These drugs have been developed years ago, inexpensive to make, but the companies have decided this is a great way to increase profits on the backs of people the least able to pay, who have to decide to pay for medications or eat
