Demand an End to the War in Afghanistan!

We've been in Afghanistan now for over 16 years with 2,300 casualties, many tens of thousands more wounded for life in some capacity, and spent over 1 trillion dollars as of 2017 for the war as a whole. President Trump during the campaign promised or at least alluded to ending the war and withdrawing US troops. When he got into office he flipped a 180 announcing that 4,000 troops are being added. The Obama administration added over 100 thousand and it didn't make a dent against the Taliban. What makes anyone think 4,000 would do it? When is there an end to this war? When is there enough US dead? It's time that the administration and Congress reconnect with the People. Let's end the War in Afghanistan and bring home the troops.
