ONCE CONVICTED OF ANIMAL ABUSE MUST REGISTER TO NATIONAL WEBSITE

There is way to much animal abuse going on, maybe just maybe if there were a law that once your convicted of animal abuse/neglect you must register to a national website/database , maybe if this were to happen we could save some animals , this would be good for animal breeders, pet store owners and anyone needs needs to give there pet away...check the national website before letting your animal go, just like Megan's Law--but for Animal Abuser!!!
