Make Smoking Around Children in Enclosed Spaces Illegal

Second hand smoke is a known cancer causing carcinogen. Moreover, the Environmental Protection Agency states that children are particularly vulnerable to second hand smoke and it's direct impact on asthma, pneumonia, bronchitus and inner ear infections!

Smoking in a car or small enclosed room with children present is CHILD ABUSE. Anyone smoking around children should be charged with a child endangerment felony. Please join me in urging Senator Richard Blumenthal to introduce legislation to protect our children from second hand smoke. We have a seatbelt law. We need a Second Hand Smoke Protection law.
