Stop allowing Fish as prizes at The Virginia State Fair

Last Sept  while my family and I were at the Va state fair we noted an concession booth that gave fish as prizes ..To our horror we noted a teenage boy take one of the bags containing the fish , put it on the ground and then stomped it with his feet.. By the time we could reach a law enforcement officer the teenager was long gone.. Later while walking around , we saw many of other fish , some on the ground, some put in cups of soda.... PLEASE let the Va state fair know that we want this concession stand GONE!!!!!!!
