Demand Punishment For Dog Fight Spectators In Montana

Being a spectator at dog fights is currently legal in Montana.  The people who watch dog fights  pay tons of money every year in the form of admission fees and gambaling that keeps this cruel "sport" alive.  Fewer people would attend dog fights in Montana if it were illegal there. Therefore, causing dog fighters to go out of business.
