We have a sweet indoor outdoor kitty on our street who loves to play with children.
A neighbor recently complained about him being outdoors.
There is no resolution. If she complains again the family will be fined at a higher amount.
This snuggly outdoor loving kitty just wants to roam and play.
SAVE SIMBA and spare the family the ticket!
Don't let one crotchety woman take a families fur baby for the crime of being outside!
