Congress in America has said it is ok to kill wolves and bears whilst hibernating.

The Congress of The United States has said it is ok to kill hibernating Wolves and Bears including their pups. My connection with this is' I love animals and very soon we will have none left. Congress must reverse what they have said and be made to promise unless an animal is a threat, they should be left alone.
