Make bsl a thing of the past

    • Many dogs have been band. The pit bull ( a made up breed), pugs, great danes, golden retriver, labs, over 50 beeds all to gether. Breed bans have been proven very expencive and unaffected  and just kill loveing family pets they don't adresse the real problem, bad owners.  If the citys want to make dogs safer the need to make it so that all animals must be altered and ban  chains. 

    • 90%  of all dog bites are unaltered males

    • Most bites happen with unsupervised children

    • More than half of dog bits  are dogs on chains

    • Police and animal control arer not trianed in identifing breeds and many mixed breed have traits simaler to the band breed
