Airport Depravity - Pebbles the Hamster Flushed Live Down Toilet!

A young woman brought her emotional support hamster, Pebbles, with her on a domestic flight. When she arrived, Spirit Airlines reportedly told her the hamster couldn't fly with her and that she should flush it down the toilet. The girl was too young to rent a car, had no family or friends near and so, feeling out of options, flushed her hamster live down the toilet. 

This whole incident was a completely avoidable act of animal abuse! Sign my petition if you want the young woman investigated for abuse, the Spirit Airline employee fired for this advice, and for Spirit Airlines to accommodate emotional support animals in a better way.

Spirit Airlines suggested it and Pebble's handler actually did it. Both actions are unacceptable.
