Demand a Marchman Act for Tanisha Hernandez due to Mental/Health and substance abuse.

This petition is to have as much help from petitioners to demand Ms. Tanisha Hernandez be admitted to a Mental and Substance Abuse Center. She is a danger to herself and others. Her health and life is at risk due to her abuse of alcohol and drugs. Supporting this petition will give hope to our family, allowing Ms. Tanisha's life and health condition to better. Thank You.
