Why is the Corp Of Engineers doing away with the 28 day stay loops in their Campgrounds

    I'm a Disabled Wounded Warrior, who lives in his RV Camper full-time. If the Corp, does away with the 28 day stay loops. I will have no place to live in the summer. I have to go to a State Park in the winter time as they have their campgrounds open all year. But they only have one campground close to where I live and grew up.
