Demand a tax on the creation of new plastic in the United States of America NOW!

Plastic pollution is filling our world. We need to push plastic out of our live for good. This is a huge step, sol I believe we should start with creating a tax on companies for creating new plastic. This will force them to use recycled plastic or better finding an alternative resource. Make the world a better place, one step at a time!
