Terminate King Roscoe from ToonTown Rewritten

Next to Elsa Smelsa, King Roscoe has been one of the worst toons I've ever seen. He is sometimes in Vibrant Valley swearing and cursing at others. He is a maroon dog at 15 or 16 laff. We tell this kid to stop cursing but he always says "shut up you bit ch". We been also seeing this toon saying "Shut the f word up!". I'd had seen this happen for 2 days. We need to stop this Toon and terminate him once and for all. We need to stop this Toon and terminate him once and for all, so we can all enjoy Vibrant without Roscoe swearing.
