Demand fines for non disabled persons parking in designated disabled parking spots.

It's time to start fining arrogant able bodied people taking designated disabilities parking. Let's face it, disabled parking takes up a minority of parking spots including shopping centres, yet increasingly people with no disabled parking permits are taking the few spots left for the disadvantaged in our community. This needs to be a finable offence, even in shopping centres to deter this rise of unacceptable behaviour and disregard for disabled people.
