Blue Bell: Offer Vegan ice cream flavors

As a Texan, Blue Bell is a beloved ice cream brand that's part of our state heritage. However, not everyone can experience it. Those with dietary restrictions such as lactose intolerance and those who follow a vegan diet are unable to enjoy this tasty treat and I think that's a change. I am calling upon Blue Bell to develop Vegan ice cream flavors that everyone can enjoy.
