Demand for Denial of permit for halfway house

The building of a halfway house in close proximity to residential areas and businesses restricted as part of a prison releaseis irresponsible and neglects the safety and concerns of residents in the surrounding areas. We further request an independent review of the process leading up to the permit as and organization buying property prior to approval highlights that other actions were likely taken on behalf of the city council.
