Bijou's Bill - Requires Dog Groomers to be licensed

I had a shih tzu named Bijou for 6 years. He passed away unfortunately at the hands of a negligent dog groomer.  It was then that I was prompted to make a change for all pets with regards to grooming.   With the help of Assemblywoman Valerie Vanerie Huttle “Bijou’s Bill” was created. Bijou’s Bill will require dog groomers to be licensed in the State of New Jersey.  At the moment Bijou’s Bill is being lobbied for in the Senate by Assemblyman Giblin.

I have also set up a Facebook page for Bijou’s Bill. This will change the industry standards when Bijou’s Bill becomes a law.
