Stop animal cruelty

    A seagull was killed in Ocean City, NJ because the seagull tried to take his sandwich. The seagull was stabbed with the umbrella and died from his injuries. Class II Officers did nothing. Help bring this guy to justice and be charged with animal cruelty.
