demand Youth Mental Facilities closer to clients home

Family's are torn apart when there are no facilities close to their homes. Children are placed in facilities in other Cities, away from their families. This causes hardship on the child and the parent/caregivers. The child feels unloved and abandoned. These facilities are hours away from home so visiting the child is restricted to once a week. It is not right to take a child so far away from their family. To heal they need their Family to be available in the process of treatment, but many times this is not possible with the child so far away from home. I live in the state capitol and there is no facility close to my home. My child needs his family close enough to contribute to treatment.
