Respect the nature and stop imposing beurocratic rules, that do not serve the people

It is sorrow to hear, that people mixed intelligence with administrative nuisance.
Respecting animals is respecting nature. How from one side we can be so "concern" for other animals, and from other abuse these, that some people decided to take care of them.
It is time that all administrators shall pass test of "Lawrence Law" - "everyone struggle to get to his / her level of incompetence". Seizing animal from home is exactly that.
