Demand A Pet Registry

Animal abuse is at the worst it has ever been here in the United States and you our government have the power to make a pet registry! More and more people are being arrested and prosecuted but, like a child molester they should never be allowed to own or be around animals again. If a animal bites or attacks it pays the ultimate price, no matter what provoked this. From athletes,shelters,people who made oaths to care for animals like vets, zoos even shelters along with law enforcement abusing and forgetting their K9 partners in hot cars. Let alone the Americans going to other country's and hunting our endangered species. It is in your power to make this happen please stop the abuse .Make a pet registry and save animals. Thank you!
