In Support of Tulane Stadium

We, the undersigned, oppose the Interim Zoning District (IZD) proposed by New Orleans City Councilmember Susan Guidry. Establishment of an IZD would amount to an unnecessary, unfair and discriminatory reaction to complaints focused on Tulane’s planned on-campus football stadium. The motion has ramifications far beyond the stadium and would severely impede important construction projects on college campuses throughout New Orleans.

We support the planned construction of the new Tulane stadium. The new stadium complies with all zoning laws and its completion should not be delayed. Gone for more than 30 years, it’s time to bring the Green Wave home!
