Sanitary products...luxurious, apparently? Ask URI to provide them in student bathrooms!

Those whose bodies menstruate know very well the monthly "gift" does not come without a cost. Furthermore, being a full-time college student requires an array of mandatory expenses to be paid. It is unfair that a large percentage of the student body must pay this extra expense.

We as members of SAGE are fighting to include sanitary products in all University of Rhode Island bathrooms without cost. It is our belief that the monthly process of menstruation shouldn't be embarrassing or shameful because simply, it happens. Please sign this petition to ask URI to include tampons and pads in all bathrooms!
