Justice for dog left to die in woodland

    A helpless dog, was left locked in a pet carrier, with no food and just a towel for comfort before being left in a woodland and left to die. No one has been charged with animal cruelty as she suffered a prolonged death before eventually dying from starvation and dehydration. She had pressure sores on her feet which would have added to the pain and suggest she had been abandoned for a long period of time before being found only too late.
