Government organizations be open 24/7

Have government organizations like social security administration office or county offices be open 366 days a year 12-13 months a year 7-8 days a week and 24/7 every day I think these businesses should be open all the time . People need these services. There are people who work night shifts or even holidays and I think that these organizations should never close
