Tell the President and the International Whaling Commission to stop illegal whaling in the Antarctic

Illegal whaling is going on right now in the Antarctic by the Japanese under the guise of Research.
In 1987 Japan announced a large scale scientific whaling program designed to access whale stocks.  Their idea of accessing these intelligent creatures is to slaughter them with their hunting ships and then drag them up 3 at a time to the mother ship for processing.  My idea of research entails studies - not killing.
Paul Watson, the captain of the Steve Irwin, founder and President of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, has been dedicating many years, along with volunteers, to protecting and defending the whales.
Please support his efforts to put pressure on the International Waling Commission to end this killing in the name of research.
