Demand an End to NFL Related Deaths

Every year thousands of men, and probably 5 or 6 women, suffer cardiac arrests from extreme emotional responses to NFL playoff games. I propose that Field Goal attempts, i.e. an attempt to score 3 points by kicking the football through the goal post uprights at either end of the playing field, be banned within the final 30 seconds of an NFL Playoff game.
The banning of this attempt to score within the final 30 seconds of the game, will save countless lives over several years, and should be implemented immediately.
