Demand a decrease in the sin tax

The only time the sin tax is ever touched is when someone increases it. I've smoked for 26 yrs and when I started I could buy a pack with change. I think it's past time for this tax which has been greatly under represented to go down. I've got plenty enough taxes to pay without this tax which targets mid to lower classes. Its necessary to help pay medical costs however its time for a break.
